Hi all and thanks for your amazing support, with an especial tip of the helmet to Stefan P., backer #400! We have just 5 days left in this project and Adrian and I have been going back and forth to fine tune the PDFs for final edits. I'll be getting them loaded up over the weekend for fulfillment to send out on Wednesday night!
Adrian is making big plans for the future installments of this adventure saga, so you can be sure you haven't heard the last of Motherof Monsters! We've talked about the upcoming installments on the Kickstarter page, and Adrian is already getting those items ready. There is plenty of art to order and maps to make, but he should be ready to push that project ahead probably sometime next summer. Meanwhile, we wanted to share another sneak peek at the role that demigods play in this campaign setting!

Hi all and thanks so much to each and every one of you for your amazing support! We are delighted by the response and want to give you all a shout-out, especially to reapercake for the pledge that cracked us over the $20,000 mark! As promised, when we hit that mark, we were going to unleash an awesome new preview of the player-facing content in the Motherof Monsters Player's Guide! We hope you enjoy the previews below and keep spreading the word in our final week!
Your players want to know more about the world around them, so you definitely want some of the basics of what the Kagari Islands are like and your characters' place in them!
But we also know you want some awesome new flavorful and thematic character options to really make your heroes feel at home in this world like no other! Within this book you'll find new playable races, archetypes, class paths, feats, spells, and more!
And of course, no campaign inspired by Greek mythology would be complete without that little hint that maybe those gods and goddesses might have gotten a little bit friendly with your ancestors and that touch of divinity lives on in you! Just one of the new backgrounds in this book: DEMIGOD!
Happy Veteran's Day and thanks for your service and support!

A lot of what we associate with the visual aesthetic of ancient Greece are the hoplites and phalanx soldiers, but we also want to give a shout-out to all who have served themselves in the modern world. Gaming is a popular pastime on the long and often lonely days of overseas deployments, and lead designer Adrian Arduini is himself a veteran and a proud member of a military family. There are many ways to serve, and the holiday also known as Armistice Day is certainly a time to celebrate the end of wars and the promise of peace, but we are happy to thank all who have been willing to place their lives on the line in service.
Thanks also to each and every one of you for your support of Mother of Monsters as we approach the halfway mark this weekend, and we hope you are as excited as we are to get these adventures headed your way. We'll be previewing some new class options soon in our next update when we hit $20,000!
For Greek mythology, it seems like hitting *300* is a great milestone!

And we thank each and every one of you for your awesome support, especially when our 300th backer was the aptly named C. Backman! We continue to be delighted with all you have done to make this project great and we'll be sharing new previews as we go along!
One of the cool things about this project is the great passion and talent of creator Adrian Arduini, because in addition to being the lead author and designer, he's also created a lot of the artwork in the book! One of his final new pieces for it is featured below. Thanks again and continue to spread the word to your friends and fellow 5E fans! FORWARD THE PHALANX!
